Hello, all football enthusiasts! Today, I want to share with you an experience that has left an indelible mark on my coaching career. For two years, I had the privilege of working alongside one of the world’s most renowned coaches, Rafa Benítez, as his assistant at Dalian Yifang F.C. in China. In this blog post, I will highlight the challenges, learnings, and exhilarating moments I encountered during my time at this remarkable football club.

Development:

1. Stepping into Dalian Yifang F.C. My journey with Dalian Yifang F.C. began at a time when the club sought to rejuvenate its focus and ambition. The opportunity to work alongside Rafa Benítez, an internationally acclaimed coach, was a true honor. From day one, it was clear that we were embarking on an exciting and enriching challenge.
